Dustin brings a hands-on approach of leadership with his experience in the senior housing industry since 1997. having graduated from Crown College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Dustin has learned the business through broad exposure to every aspect of operations.
MELISSA FIELDS
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Melissa is the principal designer for all of the Fields Senior Living communities and plays an integral part in every aspect of design and planning. Melissa brings experience from three generations of care to create a signature and inviting ambiance where seniors thrive in everyday living.
